Returns

Returns and exchanges are free within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, email boutique@victoriaslavinskaia.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and the items you would like to return or exchange. We will reply by email with a return form and a return authorisation number, and arrange a free courier pickup from your address.

Please pack the items in their original packaging, with all tags, labels and accessories, and include the completed return form. Free returns are limited to one return shipment per order.

Condition of returned items

Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, in the condition you received them, with the product tags attached and intact. You may handle and try on an item as you would in a shop, to check its fit and quality. If an item comes back worn, damaged or without its tags, we may refuse the return or reduce the refund by the loss in value.

Exchanges

Exchanges are free. Because our pieces are made in limited numbers, an exchange depends on availability; if the piece you would like is no longer available, we will refund you instead.

Refunds

We inspect every returned item when it reaches us. We refund the full price, including any original delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving your return, to the payment method you used for the order. We will email you when the refund is issued; your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. This does not affect your rights under the legal guarantee of conformity.

Your statutory rights

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. This policy gives you that right and does not limit any other rights you have under consumer law.
