Shipping policy

<h2>Free worldwide delivery</h2>

<p>Delivery is free to every country we ship to. For orders outside the European Union, the price at checkout includes import duties and taxes, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery.</p>

<h2>Processing and delivery times</h2>

<p>Orders ship from our warehouse in Florence, Italy, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We prepare each order within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery then usually takes 2 to 4 business days; these times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods or customs checks.</p>

<p>Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number. The carrier may also contact you by SMS or email to arrange delivery.</p>

<h2>Delivery address</h2>

<p>Please check your billing and delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot change the address once an order has been dispatched. If you notice a mistake, contact us straight away at <a href="mailto:boutique@victoriaslavinskaia.com">boutique@victoriaslavinskaia.com</a>.</p>

<h2>Delivery attempts</h2>

<p>If you are not at home, the carrier will try to deliver up to three times on consecutive business days. If the parcel cannot be delivered and comes back to us, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery or a refund.</p>

<h2>Packaging</h2>

<p>Every headwear piece arrives in our signature silk care bag, made in Italy. Clothing is wrapped in recycled paper and placed in a reusable clutch bag, also made in Italy. Each order travels in a protective courier box. We no longer include paper documents: your invoice is sent by email.</p>

<h2>Damaged, lost or incomplete parcels</h2>

<p>If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, you can accept it with a note on the carrier's delivery documents, or refuse it. Either way, please email us with your order number and photos as soon as possible. If a parcel is lost in transit, or an item is missing or damaged, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.</p>
